When will my wig be delivered?

Your wig will be despatched no later than 36 hours after your order has been placed on a next day delivery via Royal Mail's next day delivery service, meaning you will not have to wait longer than 3 working days for your wig to arrive.

Will my wig be delivered the very next day?

If you place your order before 2pm we guarantee your wig will arrive to you the following working day.  We understand that you may need your wig swiftly; for that special occasion perhaps?  Therefore, if your order is placed between 2pm and 5.30pm please e-mail one of our friendly team at: info@premiumwigs.co.uk and we will do everything we can to ensure your wig is despatched that very same day.  All orders after 5.30pm will be delivered no later than 72 hours after your order placement.  

What should I do If I have not yet received my wig?

If you have yet to receive your wig 7 days post the placement of your order please contact our sales team at: info@premiumwigs.co.uk.  We will contact our courier and attempt to try and locate your wig’s whereabouts.  Goods which have not been received by you within 28 days will be classified as ‘lost in transit’ and a replacement wig will be immediately despatched.  Please not that we use ‘tracked delivery’ in the process of delivering your wig so do not hesitate to contact us if you have yet to receive your wig and we will do everything we can to provide you a concise and clear update.

What charges may I face for the delivery of my wig?

All orders placed with Premium Wigs UK which are over £50 will qualify for free delivery.  Orders’ below £50 will contain a shipping charge of £2.95.

Can I have my wig shipped internationally?

We are now pleased to accept international orders’.  Please allow up to 7 working days for your wigs delivery within Europe and 10 days for delivery to the USA.  Normal shipping charges apply in all cases of international deliveries.  Please follow the standard checkout procedure on our payments page and under country select ‘United Kingdom’ (this is purely for postal insurance reasons).  However, be sure to ender the full postal details of your address including country of destination in the free text boxes above this option.
